 We like to be upfront and honest about our pricing. No surprises here. We book all of our real estate and vacation rental photos based on square footage.

Terms & Conditions for Real Estate

  • All Photos, Virtual Tours, Floorplan are delivered via email by 5:00PM of the next day excluding properties shot on Saturday. These will be delivered on Monday. Video takes around 48 hours to deliver.1

  • Same day cancellation/no-show incurs a fee of $75 plus taxes.

  • All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars.

  • 5% GST government tax applies to all purchases.

  • Full invoices provided for all purchases which can be downloaded from the link provided while delivery.

  • We do not take responsibility for weather conditions.

  • Payment is due on receipt of product.

  • Photos, Floor Plans and Virtual Tours are licensed to you to use to market the property in which ever media you choose for period the property is listed at same time or one year from the date of delivery. The length of the license can be extended.

  • Photos, Floor plans and Virtual Tours are for one time use while you are the active agent on the listing and cannot be transferred to another Real Estate agent, except in case of co-listing if paid in full.

  • Copyright of the photos belongs to the photographer, Copyright Act, C-42, Canadian Copyright Act. If Publishing in print magazines or brochures photo credit "Real360Homes". 

  • Properties outside our service area are subject to an extra charge.

  • All purchases are final and are non-refundable.
